Thank you for your interest in bringing Fender Play into your music curriculum!

Fender Play is designed to make learning guitar, bass, and ukulele accessible, engaging, and fun — and we've seen incredible results when integrated into classroom settings. Fender Play EDU is completely free for all schools, because we believe every student deserves access to quality music education. 

Follow the 3 steps below to get started:
 

Step 1: Integration

To ensure a smooth implementation, we recommend having your school's Educational Technology Coordinator or IT Lead complete the integration steps below.

Choose the option that best fits your school:

A. Connect via Clever If your school uses Clever, follow the step-by-step integration guide here: 🔗 Start Clever Integration

B. Connect via Edlink (for LMS/SIS integration) If your school doesn't use Clever, we can connect directly to your Learning Management System (LMS) or Student Information System (SIS) through Edlink. This enables automatic student rostering and Single Sign-On (SSO) for both students and teachers.

  • ⏱ Setup typically takes 5–10 minutes
  • 🔑 Administrator credentials for your LMS or SIS will be required

Step 2: Orientation

Once integration is complete, schedule an Orientation Session with our Curriculum team. We'll walk you through the platform, discuss how to align Fender Play with your existing curriculum, and answer any questions you may have.

Step 3: Professional Development for Your Staff

To set your program up for long-term success, Fender offers virtual Professional Development sessions for your teachers. These sessions provide comprehensive training on how to effectively use Fender Play in the classroom — covering lesson planning, student engagement strategies, and platform best practices. Ask about scheduling Professional Development sessions during your Orientation call.
